Organise Products and Finishes

To organize products and finishes in your workspace and make them easily accessible to users, follow these steps to group them into collections such as Standard or Premium:

Only available with Starter and Professional subscriptions. See Workspace Subscription and Billing.

Create a Collection

  1. Go to the Workspace page and click on the Products sidebar.
  2. Click the Plus Icon (Collection button) to create a new collection.
  3. Enter a name for your collection, for example, Standard.

Any collections you create can contain both products and finishes. This organisation helps users easily find and select from different categories from within the visualiser.

Add Products and Finishes

  1. Click on the All Products tab to browse available products.
  2. Find the products you wish to add. To select a product, click the checkbox located in the upper right corner of the product thumbnail.
  3. After selecting one or more products, open the Actions menu located in the upper right corner of the view.
  4. Under the Add to Collection heading, select Standard (or the name of your new collection) to add the selected products.
  5. Perform the same steps for finishes, adding them to your collection(s) as needed.

View Your Collection

Navigate to your Standard collection (or whichever collection you've created) by clicking on it in the tab. This allows you to view all the products you've added. When in the visualiser, these collections will also appear when choosing products or finishes to assign to your design.
